Purposeful Play: Building Communication through Play. This 6-week circle series is designed for parents and little ones (6-18 months). Designed to offer both peer-to-peer and guided, expert education, this space is here to help you support and understand your little one—whether it’s interacting more, exploring solid foods, sensory regulation, or understanding their development. Each week we will discuss a different topic all about increasing communication and language opportunities in play! We will discuss: cause/effect toys, language/play in daily routines, music, books, sensory/movement, feeding, screen time and more! We will learn new interactive songs and always leave time for open play and discussion.
